On the first floor this is the largest apartment covering 55 square metres and consists of a kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom and one room with 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower so it is particularly suitable for 4-5 people especially for families and kids.

The linen and beach towels are included in the price as well as the common laundry room with washing machine and dryer available for guests during their stay.
